Right of revocation

1. Right of revocation for consumers

You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving reasons.

1.1. Start of period for physical dispatch of goods
The period of revocation is fourteen days from the date on which you or a third party other than the carrier and specified by you took possession of the last goods.

1.2. Start of period for non-physical dispatch of goods (delivery of digital contents)
You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving reasons. The period of revocation is fourteen days from the date of conclusion of contract.

To exercise your right of withdrawal you have to inform us (myKey GmbH, Laudongasse 54/2, 1080 Vienna, info@mykey.shop, phone: +43 1 9346771 200) by means of a precise statement (for example by letter, fax or e-mail) about your decision to withdraw this contract. You can use the example form attached, however it is not mandatory.

In order to comply with the revocation period, it is sufficient that you send the notification of exercise of the right of revocation before the end of the revocation period.

2. Consequences of revocation
If you withdraw this contract, we have to pay back all payments we received from you, including delivery (with exception of any additional costs as result of you choosing another delivery option than the cheapest standard one, offered by us) without delay and within maximum fourteen days from the day we received the notice of your revocation of the contract. We will use the same means of payment for the refund you used for the original payment, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case you will be charged for this refund.

2.1. Right of retention
In case of physical dispatch, we can refuse the refund until we have received the goods back or until you provided proof that you have sent the goods, whichever is earlier.

In case of physical dispatch, you have to hand over or return the goods without delay and in any case within fourteen days at the latest from the date on which you inform us of your revocation of this contract. The deadline has been met if you send the goods before the end of the fourteen-day period. We bear the costs of returning the goods. You only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods, if this loss in value is due to an unnecessary handling of the goods which is not for testing the condition, properties and functionality of the goods.

2.2. Loss of the right of revocation in case of delivery of digital contents
In case of non-physical dispatch (contract on the delivery of digital contents not on a physical data media; provision of download-keys and related links) the right of revocation and thus all repayment claims shall expire if we have commenced delivery (download) with your express consent, in conjunction with your express knowledge of the loss of the right of revocation in the event of premature commencement even before expiry of the otherwise existing revocation period after provision of a confirmation of the contract.
